Dr. Miller personally speaks with all prospective patients and/or parents prior to enrolling as a member of our practice. She offers a free virtual or in-person meet and greet consultation. This complimentary consultation provides an opportunity for both parties to determine if we will be a good fit. She is happy to answer any questions about her office, background, prescribing practices, and even parenting style. Her greatest desire is to build a strong relationship with her patients, built on trust and open communication.

- $149 per month for first family member
- $99 per month for each additional (nuclear) family member
- 1 month free if pre-pay for 1 year
